About the Role
Ironside Logistics LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, is hiring dependable and motivated drivers to deliver Amazon packages in the Findlay, Ohio area. If you enjoy driving, value safety, and take pride in customer satisfaction — we want you on our team!
Vans, uniforms, fuel, and equipment are provided by Ironside Logistics
Valid driver’s license required — CDL not needed
Deliveries are made to communities within an hour of Findlay
All routes start and end daily at the Amazon Delivery Station in Findlay, OH
What You’ll Do
Safely operate a delivery van while following all traffic laws
Deliver packages accurately and on time
Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs, and deliver packages up to 70 lbs using a dolly or hand truck
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, physical environment
Use a smartphone for navigation, scanning, and communication
Load and unload packages at the delivery station
Support team members as needed and assist on additional routes when required

4-day workweek (approx. 40 hours)
Typical 10-hour shifts
One weekend day required weekly

Requirements
Must be 21 years or older
Authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver’s license (no CDL required)
Clean driving record
Reliable transportation to the delivery station
Good communication skills and ability to follow directions
