Graphic Design and Layout Refresh for Digital Card Game - Must Understand Game and Card UI Design

Looking for a designer to refresh the card layout for a digital card game — updating colors, fonts, and placement (not designing from scratch). Should also understand UI design. Must be comfortable transferring design to Figma.

This is a fast-moving project with a tight deadline, so we need someone who turns work around quickly and hits dates reliably. This is not an app. It's more like a card game, think Sushi Go.
