<ul>
<li>Expert/technical authority in the area of Process Engineering including line hydraulics, surge<br />
analysis, equipment sizing etc. Candidate shall be able to handle Engineering at various stage of the Project like feasibility, FEED, DD including Procurement, Construction, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning support.</li>
<li>Work as Technical Authority to review and Complete process activities in coordination with Third party consultant and relevant disciplines within the Company during the FEED and EPC stage.</li>
<li>Candidate must be capable (with prior experience) of doing As-Building activities of process engineering documents, drawings etc. which includes but not limited to PFD, PID, Cause and Effect</li>
<li>Diagram & related process documents. Candidate shall be able to develop as-built drawing by integrating the interface drawings & documents between existing asset & newly built facility (modification & new unit addition)</li>
<li>Act as the main focal point and highest technical authority on Process related activities for FEED /EPC scope development. Be a major contributor on fit for purpose concept process engineering definitions, to enable screening and selection.</li>
<li>Review and provide input to FEED scope of work. Review Process discipline deliverables and supervise the engineering/construction/EPC contractor’s work for all modification and engineering activities including P&ID development, PFD, Line list, Design basis, material balance, process datasheets, Instrument datasheets, Safety valves, C& E charts, control system description and calculation notes.</li>
<li>Carry out feasibility studies and prepare/ review deliverables related to the project. This includes setting parameters for simulations, reviewing and approving red-lined mark-ups of PFDs, PIDs, data sheets and other relevant deliverables for all modifications from engineering/construction/EPC contractors.</li>
<li>Supervise the FEED/DD/construction/EPC contractor(s)’ work which includes project document, calculation & drawings review/approval ensuring compliance with HSE&S standards, DEL GS and international codes/standards in alignment with Dolphin Energy’s policies and strategies.</li>
<li>Interface with contractors’ engineering teams and provide technical guidance and expertise to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met. Review and approve related technical documents.</li>
<li>Prepare and review datasheets/specifications, P&ID, study reports, process calculation, vendor screening/selections, technical bid evaluations and approve or provide recommendations for management approval, as per the Document Distribution Matrix (DDM).</li>
<li>Coordinate with Dolphin Energy’s quality control, Asset Integrity, Projects and Operations teams to provide specialist engineering support in the project.</li>
<li>Participate in costing and preparation of budgets for the projects. Support to prepare business case studies and techno-economical justifications for high value modification projects.</li>
<li>Review technical content of Non-Conformance Requests (NCRs), warranty claims, derogation requests and concession requests received from the engineering/EPC/construction contractors and vendors, and provide recommendations for acceptance, acceptance with comments, or rejection of same for management approval.</li>
<li>Perform other similar or related duties as required or assigned by the Process Engineering Manager.</li>
<li>Lead development and surveillance of contractor studies to support screening as required.</li>
<li>Lead development and surveillance process engineering elements of FEED deliverables on selected concepts from pre-FEED through FEED approval.</li>
