Position: Project Manager (IT) Location: Chattanooga, TN (REMOTE) Summary: <ul><li>The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, direction, management, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects according to specifications, within budget cost from initiation through completion</li><li>The Project Manager will work on IT projects, including cybersecurity, infrastructure, and/or application upgrades/deployment</li><li>Candidates must have an Active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification as offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI) or be working toward one</li><li>This position is Remote, with occasional travel to Chattanooga, TN</li><li>Local Candidates who can occasionally work onsite in Chattanooga, TN are preferred</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>The Project Manager le Joint Project Teams (JPT), applies professional principles, practices, and techniques to manage and control project schedule, cost, and performance risk to ensure project is completed within a certain set of restraints (e.g., time, budget, people, quality, materials) and a high level of quality</li><li>Work is primarily achieved by an individual, or through project teams</li><li>The Project Manager is the single point of contact regarding a specific project</li><li>Budget Responsibility: Capability to manage project budget over $8 Million, or a portfolio of projects that have an aggregate total over $25 Million for all active projects assigned</li></ul> Qualifications: <ul><li>3-5+ years of IT Project Management experience</li><li>Experience with managing projects according to Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies</li><li>Experience with managing budgets on projects</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Candidates must have an Active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification as offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI) or be working toward one</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent real-world experience may be considered</li><li>Experience working with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel is preferred</li></ul> Why Join Paradigm At Paradigm, integrity drives innovation.
