We are seeking a versatile Warehouse Floater to support multiple areas of our busy warehouse. This is a hands-on, full-time position where you'll rotate through roles in receiving, shipping, packaging, and general warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in different warehouse areas as needed, including:

  • Receiving products from vendors

  • Shipping (packaging orders for parcel and skid shipments)

  • Packaging finished products and kits (hand and machine shrink wrapping)

  • Straighten and organize warehouse shelves; restock products using FIFO

  • Pick, assemble, and label orders and kits

  • Prepare shipments, ensuring items are properly packed and labeled

  • Wrap pallets with plastic wrap and labels

  • Inspect products and materials for damage or defects

  • Assist with loading orders onto trucks during daily pickups

  • Sort, shred, and recycle cardboard and maintain a clean workspace

  • Demonstrate commitment to all safety standards

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • General warehouse experience
  • Up-to-date OSHA Fork Truck certification
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable with math calculations, reading, and visual organization

Physical Requirements:

  • Stand for extended periods (up to 3 hours at a time)
  • Frequently lift/move up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to use hands for handling equipment and performing tasks

  • Fork Truck
  • Pallet jack
  • Utility knife
  • RotoTrim Cutter
  • Shrink Wrapper

Hours -

Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate -

16.00 - 22.00 based on experience
